The award money comes in from the sponsors through Paypal and goes out to the winners via Paypal. If you are unable to receive money at a Paypal account, we will work something out, per my discretion at that time. This will, of course, cause delays in any awards won being delivered.

Just as an FYI, I've found Xoom.com a good solution for many of the countries that are not PayPal friendly - - like the Philippines, for example. Xoom.com allows you to transfer money to them from your PayPal account into their Xoom.com account. May want to check it out if the problem arises.

According to the Paypal website, Indonesia is among the send and receive money network, though there might be more to the issue.

There will be absolutely no bank-to-bank transfers under any conditions. Sorry. A worst case scenario might involve using a money transfer service, like Western Union.
