		<description>Time zones can get tricky. There are a number of world time calculators out there (thank you Google).

If anyone is uses one, though, be sure to select &lt;abbr title="Universal Time Coordinate"&gt;UTC&lt;/abbr&gt; as the originating time zone. It gets more confusing for those who observe &lt;abbr title="Daylight Savings Time"&gt;DST&lt;/abbr&gt;. Ugh.</description>
