Hi,
I just tried out this design in IE 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.6 on Windows XP Pro with SP2 and I get an overlap of some text over the content. You can take a look at the screenshots here:

Ah, the constraints of a design competition. Gina, you’ve got good touches here, but I’d focus next on typography. Gotta love the Georgia and Verdana and other screen-friendly fonts. Give’em some leading and this theme will definitely have its loyal users.
